A case is any matter opened in the platform — a complaint, an investigation, a regulatory inquiry, or any structured workflow you run through Avikto. Active cases at any point in the billing period count.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Regulated teams typically contract annually. Monthly billing is available on the Team tier. Enterprise contracts are structured to your requirements.

What does a demo look like?

We run a working demo using case types relevant to your team — not a generic product walkthrough. We cover intake, routing, investigation, and export for your specific use case.

Can I add more users mid-year?

Yes. Additional user seats are prorated. User counts are reconciled at renewal.
